On 21 April, at the Sfinx Gin and Wine Bar in Budapest, Commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Monarchy’s brilliant Foreign Minister, Count Gyula Andrássy, HIRH Joseph Károly of Habsburg-Lothringen, Royal Prince of Hungary, Captain General, opened the commemorative events of the jubilee year with excellent speeches by Marquise Zita Pallavicini, Regional Staff Captain, and diplomats from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade.
