At the anniversary celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Turkish Republic organized by the Turkish Embassy, I was able to represent our Vitéz Order among our Turkish friends and numerous ambassadors and tell many people about it, the interest was great. The old Hungarian–Turkish friendship before the honfoglalás was expressed by several Turkish participants, among them Consul General Dr. H. Emre Uygung (in the picture above, on the left).
